If you are unhappy with the service EASS has provided please follow the EASS complaints process.

If your enquiry requires a response, we usually aim to reply within 20 working days. However, if we are experiencing very high levels of enquiries, it may take us longer to reply than usual. We apologise for this, and hope you will bear with us.
