Equality and human rights helpline for advisers

We provide a service for the advice sector, solicitors, organisations that support individuals with their problems, trade unions, and ombudsman schemes.

  • Do you work with people who may have been discriminated against?
  • Are you unsure whether someone might be able to make a complaint about a human rights issue?
  • Have you been asked to help with a discrimination or human rights issue? Do you want to talk through a case?
  • Can you help us identify emerging trends and issues by referring a case to us?

We offer a telephone-based support service. Our specialists are here to help.
